What you’ll be doing
- Owning key parts of the month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyzing results and helping leadership understand what’s driving the numbers through variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing process improvements as the business grows
- Working closely with other departments to strengthen controls, improve reporting accuracy, and streamline workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close
- Someone who wants to keep taking on more responsibility and grow their career
- $90,000–$110,000 salary range
