Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Tulare County, is seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant
to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
- Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain and monitor cost accounting records and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with operations and management to ensure financial data integrity
- Assist with audits and compliance reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software systems
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
