Key Responsibilities Of a Senior Accountant
- Lead Month-End Closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Own and manage inventory and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of company financials to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and process improvements.
Senior Accountant's Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
