- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing accounting and cost analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting requirements for manufacturing organizations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in implementing and optimizing accounting modules within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, coupled with the ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
