What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant Consultant position at CFS?
Part-Time Senior Accountant Consulting
High-impact fractional work for someone who loves building clarity, structure, and better systems
About The Opportunity
If you enjoy stepping into an organization, assessing what’s working (and what isn’t), and building smarter, more scalable processes, this role is designed for you. You’ll join a growing startup at a pivotal moment—where your expertise will directly shape how the accounting function operates today and scales for tomorrow.
This is not a traditional in-house role. It’s ideal for a consultant-minded accountant who thrives on variety, autonomy, and the satisfaction of creating order in a fast-moving environment. You’ll own key processes, advise leadership, and drive improvements that have immediate, visible impact.
How You’ll Add Value
Lead & Elevate the Month-End Close
What You Bring
You’re someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, designing better systems, and bringing clarity to ambiguity. You like balancing hands-on execution with strategic thinking. You’re energized by improving processes, not just following them.
If you want a flexible, impactful role where your expertise directly influences how a company grows, this is a strong match.
