- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely revenue recognition
- Maintain the company’s services backlog as the financial source of truth
- Track sold‑but‑not‑delivered work to enhance forecasting and resource planning
- Develop and report on critical metrics, including:
- Utilization Rates
- Project Margins
- Billable vs. Non‑Billable ratios
- Average Hourly Realized Rates
- Partner with Project Managers to improve time tracking and financial accuracy
- Support project health reviews and align financials with operational forecasts
- Evaluate current revenue workflows and recommend scalable enhancements

- 5 years experience in Accounting/Finance within SaaS, Software Services, or Professional Services
