Responsibilities For The Recruiter Role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across operations, corporate, and technical roles—from intake through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, align on hiring needs, and guide interview practices
- Source and engage candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and community outreach
- Screen and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across diverse role types
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms
