- Act as a matchmaker between talented professionals and meaningful career opportunities
- Collaborate closely with clients and your teammates to ensure strong, successful placements
- Prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven recruiting process
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, recruiting, or business
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven
- A strong communicator, comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Positive, team-oriented, and brings a great sense of humor
- Able to regularly commute to Fremont neighborhood
- Salary $80,000 uncapped commission
