Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Dorchester, MA

Reports To: Finance/Operations Leadership

Organization Type: Nonprofit

Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000

Position Summary

CFS has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in seek of a Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing and vendor management. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliant, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services in support of the organization’s mission to serve the Dorchester community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, contracts, RFPs, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit, grant, and state regulations
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize value
• Track spending and support budgeting and audits
• Maintain procurement policies, records, and internal controls
• Support and train staff on procurement procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of procurement , purchasing, or contract management experience (nonprofit or public sector preferred)
• Knowledge of grant‑funded and compliant purchasing
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
