Key Responsibilities Of The Permitting Specialist
- Manage permitting and licensing requirements, ensuring all applications and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule as the Permitting Specialist
- Communicate with counties, municipalities, and external agencies to determine permit requirements and maintain compliance as the Permitting Specialist
- Oversee certificates of insurance, bonds, and permit‑related purchase orders while maintaining organized records as the Permitting Specialist
- Coordinate inspections by reviewing schedules, confirming details, and partnering with dispatch teams as the Permitting Specialist
- Review Smart Sheets, update notes, track project status, and manage email communication to keep stakeholders informed as the Permitting Specialist
- Experience in permitting, licensing, or compliance‑related work
- Familiarity with Smart Sheets and Microsoft Office; basic Excel skills preferred
- Strong organizational skills with clear communication and attention to detail
