- Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees across multiple divisions
- Assist with prevailing wage payroll reporting and compliance
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee deductions, and garnishments
- Review and verify employee hours, timecards, and job allocations
- Respond to employee payroll questions in a timely and professional manner
- Partner with HR and operations teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- Assist with certified payroll reporting and union documentation as needed
- 1–3 years of payroll, HR, or administrative experience preferred
- Exposure to union payroll or prevailing wage is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different divisions
- Can be a team player
Salary : $55,000 - $62,400
