- Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close processes
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account analysis
- Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense reporting
- Assist with preparing financial reports and audit schedules
- Work closely with senior accounting staff on special projects and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Internship or prior accounting experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
