- Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- The Payroll Specialist will maintain payroll records, manage deductions, and ensure timely and accurate tax filings
- Respond to payroll inquiries from clients and employees, resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- The Payroll Specialist will stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency
- The Payroll Specialist will assist with year-end payroll reporting, including W-2s and 1099s
- 3 years of payroll processing experience (multi-client or multi-state experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in a client-facing environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
