This role will support larger, complex client implementations by assisting the Project Manager, while independently managing smaller, more straightforward projects. Key Responsibilities
- Complete client setup tasks outlined in project management software
- Collect, configure, and balance client data accurately
- Manage small and mid-sized client implementations
- Identify, assess, and resolve issues that arise during implementation
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation process
- Adapt and tailor implementation processes to fit client needs
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Previous project management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
