- Process weekly payroll for multiple entities with a high level of accuracy
- Collect, review, and verify timecards across multiple systems for completeness and FLSA compliance
- Code and report hours for certified payroll and accounting purposes
- Calculate wages, including union rates, certified payroll, bonuses, and benefits
- Review attendance, leave, and pay adjustments; reconcile discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues in partnership with the Payroll Manager
- Partner with HR on new hires, terminations, direct deposit updates, and tax elections
- Support payroll reporting and ensure accuracy across systems
- 3 years of payroll processing experience (required)
- Experience in construction, union payroll, or certified payroll environments preferred
- Familiarity with certified payroll reporting and LCPtracker a plus
- Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum or similar payroll systems preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and basic payroll tax principles
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Salary : $70,000 - $88,000
