- Lead end-to-end payroll operations and HRIS administration with significant ownership and visibility.
- Serve as the primary ADP and HR systems expert, helping improve processes, reporting, and automation.
- Partner directly with Finance and senior leadership on compliance, audits, reporting, and operational initiatives.
- Drive improvements that enhance payroll accuracy, data integrity, and employee experience.
- Build expertise across payroll, HR technology, compliance, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, tax compliance, reconciliations, year-end reporting, and payroll audits.
- Administer and optimize ADP Workforce Now and related HRIS platforms, including system configuration, reporting, security, and workflow management.
- Maintain employee data integrity while supporting onboarding, offboarding, benefits changes, leave administration, and personnel records.
- Prepare payroll, workforce, compliance, and operational reports for leadership and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in payroll administration, HRIS management, and related HR operations functions.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable enterprise payroll/HRIS platform.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll tax regulations, audits, reporting, and advanced Excel.
