Salary: $75,000–$85,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Execution: Process bi‑monthly payroll for all employee groups while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain up‑to‑date employee information in ADP Workforce, including compensation changes, deductions, and benefits.
• Analytics & Reporting: Produce payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and ensure flawless accuracy.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years of payroll processing experience within a payroll/HRIS system (strong payroll focus preferred).
• Technical Skills: Solid Excel capabilities; ADP Workforce experience is a plus.
