- Partner with plant and operations leadership to analyze financial and operational performance
- Prepare and review budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, and production metrics
- Develop financial models and KPI reporting to support business decisions
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations
- Support annual planning and long-term forecasting initiatives
- Ensure accuracy of inventory accounting and standard costing processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, supply chain, and operations teams
- Assist leadership with strategic projects and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5 years of finance/accounting experience within manufacturing, distribution, or operations-focused environments
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory processes
- Advanced Excel skills required
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
