- Base bonus, 9 holidays, 3% profit share, 401k contribution
- Lead the month-end close for multiple locations and ensure GAAP‑compliant financial statements and consolidated reporting.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and standardize accounting processes company wide.
- Oversee standard costing, cost roll‑ups, and cost updates across all plants.
- Analyze multi‑site production variances (labor, material, overhead).
- Manage inventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across locations and lead cycle counts and physical inventory at each facility.
- Partner with plant leadership to improve cost visibility and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with state‑specific tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements.
- Support capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for multiple facilities.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, and engineering to optimize operations.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- BS Accounting
- Manufacturing industry experience, with M&A experience as a plus.
- Epicor experience preferred but not required, ERP experience required
- Cost accounting, month-end, FS prep, budgeting/forecasting, working with plant operations
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
