The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Lead finance and accounting operations during a transition period
- Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Deliver timely financial statements and executive reporting
- Strengthen internal controls, processes, and operational efficiency
- Partner with ownership on strategic planning and key business decisions
- Support banking relationships, audits, and outside advisors
- Prior experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Controller, or senior finance executive
- Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and cash management
- Ability to lead teams and create structure in changing environments
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or multi-entity operations preferred
- Immediate impact role with executive visibility
