- Generate HR reports and assist with audits and policy updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR generalist or related role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
