Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee workplace safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety training, audits, and incident investigations.
- Maintain accurate safety records and report compliance metrics.
- Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Coordinate and manage employee events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Support internal communications and foster a positive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
