Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the company’s safety program, including OSHA compliance, lockout/tagout procedures, and maintaining clear, up‑to‑date safety policies.
- Develop and deliver safety and compliance training for supervisors and employees; continuously improve training content and scheduling.
- Oversee first aid, CPR readiness, and general on‑site safety preparedness.
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts with a focus on cultural alignment, reliability, and accountability.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, new‑hire check‑ins, and recognition activities.
