- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with operational objectives
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational structure
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Support hiring managers in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, and policy updates
- Ensure HR practices are effectively implemented across job sites
- 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
- Bachelors degree
- Strong knowledge of employment law, workforce compliance. safety regulations, etc.
