Responsibilities of HR Benefits Analyst:

  • Coordinate and administer employee leave programs, utilizing LeavePro and applying benefits-related terminology and policies.
  • Manage and review HR reports and data from external vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Analyze HR data using Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation, to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Prepare HR reports and summaries for leadership to support workforce planning and decision-making

Salary Range: $62,000-68,000
