Responsibilities Of The Events Manager
- Generate new event business through outreach, networking, and site inspections.
- Manage event planning from concept to completion, including BEOs, layouts, staffing, and timelines.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings with operational teams.
- Serve as primary contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with members and vendors.
- Track event revenue, costs, and profitability; assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- 2–3 years of event management or banquet sales experience; hospitality or private club background preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with event software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
