- 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, user access management, and endpoint security best practices
