Sigma, Inc. is looking for a Help Desk Technician to work onsite with our client located in Aurora, CO.
Shift Timings : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Required Job Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of HelpDesk experience
- Experience using Active Directory to manage accounts
- Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and Apple computers
- Basic troubleshooting of mobile devices Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Experience trouble shooting issues remotely
- Basic troubleshooting skills of common Microsoft applications
- Experience with using ticketing systems
- Able to type a minimum of 20 words per minute
- Able to write
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one Comptia or Microsoft certification or other relevant IT certification
- Experience with Active Directory
