- Manage month-end and year-end close across multiple client accounts
- Prepare balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
- Produce financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
- Support audit processes (internal, external, regulatory)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and FAR regulations
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Work directly with clients in a consulting / outsourced accounting model
- 5 years of general ledger / full-cycle accounting experience
- Experience in a government contracting (GovCon) environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and FAR regulations
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar GovCon systems (Unanet, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- S. Citizenship required due to government contracting requirements
- Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Experience working in an outsourced accounting or multi-client environment
