Are you a detail-driven accounting professional with a passion for data, systems, and impact? We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to play a key role in managing financial integrity, reporting, and process excellence across our global operations.
About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of General Ledger reconciliations and reporting, while supporting financial operations across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, helping colleagues understand PFSCM’s accounting systems and processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment and brings strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, and automated accounting systems.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting activities, including:
- Managing Costpoint administration and revenue adjustments
- Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Handling internal cash transfers and tracking project funds
- Supporting project close-outs and deferred revenue reporting
- Preparing financial statements and audit schedules
- Leading month-end and year-end close processes
- Investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting
- Recording journal entries and maintaining financial documentation
- Collaborating with finance team members and supporting cross-functional needs
- Contributing to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- CPA certification required
- 5 years of General Ledger experience in a computerized accounting environment
- Experience with audit firms is a plus
- Familiarity with Costpoint strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and systems
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
- Ability to work effectively across teams and international environments
- Strong interpersonal and customer service mindset
