The Opportunity
As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you’ll manage the full accounting cycle while supporting construction operations. You’ll have visibility across the business and play a key role in maintaining accurate financials and supporting project-related accounting.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping
- Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Support construction accounting functions, including contracts, job costing, and WIP
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy across financial data
- 3–5 years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience managing AP/AR and month-end close independently
- Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred
- Stable organization with consistent project flow
- High-visibility role with ownership of the accounting function
