What You'll Do
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month-end close
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee and vendor records
- Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and cash flow management
- Work closely with leadership to improve accounting processes and maintain compliance
- 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- High-visibility role with ownership of the accounting function
