Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain food safety programs across operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and overall facility conditions, helping drive continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with water testing processes and ensure proper chemical usage and documentation
Prepare for and support third-party and regulatory audits, ensuring audit readiness at all times
Partner with operations and leadership teams to reinforce food safety best practices and protocols
Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with food safety requirements
Qualifications
2 years of food safety experience within fresh produce or agriculture
Hands-on experience with sanitation, hygiene, and compliance protocols
Familiarity with audits such as PrimusGFS, SQF, and USDA
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
