- Build expertise in specialized areas including CECL, nonprofit accounting, and debt compliance
- Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, lenders, and grantors in a highly visible role

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities
- Research and document technical accounting issues, including CECL, revenue recognition, leases, and consolidations
- Manage audit preparation, auditor relationships, and year-end financial statement support
- Oversee lender, grantor, and covenant compliance reporting requirements
- Calculate and document CECL reserves and maintain supporting methodologies
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes
- Active CPA license required
- 6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting experience or Non-Profit experience required
- Strong technical US GAAP knowledge
