Key Responsibilities
- The Finance Operations Specialist will process client transactions and maintain account records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible for initiating and monitoring wire and ACH transfers through banking platforms.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepares, generates, and distributes client statements and operational reports to support business needs.
- Maintain compliant documentation and supports internal and external audit requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with issue resolution, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, banking operations, or a related field preferred for a Finance Operations Specialist.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills—key attributes of a successful Finance Operations Specialist.
