- Identify cost savings and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Improve accounting processes, systems, reporting, and technology
- Support a high-volume lending environment and help improve processes surrounding transactions and closings
- Build out the internal accounting team as the organization grows
- Strong accounting and finance leadership experience
- Mortgage lending, mortgage brokerage, or banking industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level
- Strong financial reporting and analytical background
- Experience with sophisticated ERP/accounting systems
- Technology-forward mindset with an interest in automation and process improvement
- Dynamic, proactive personality comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
