Your Impact as Executive Assistant to the CEO
As The CEO’s Primary Strategic Partner, You Will
- Manage and prioritize a highly complex executive calendar, meetings, and travel
- Serve as the main point of contact for all communications directed to the CEO
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up action items
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, executive leadership, board members, and key stakeholders
- Support preparation for board meetings, strategy sessions, and executive presentations
- Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of commitments
- Assist with confidential matters requiring exceptional judgment and discretion
- Organize executive events, leadership meetings, and corporate engagements
- Support internal cultural initiatives, recognition programs, and communication efforts
- Anticipate needs and proactively streamline workflows for maximum CEO effectiveness
Required
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 10 years supporting C-suite executives (Chief Executive, President, or equivalent)
- Experience managing communications and logistics for a Board of Directors
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities with urgency, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- High emotional intelligence and executive presence
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and modern collaboration tools
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, travel, or a multi-location corporate environment
- Experience supporting executives in a large, complex organizational structure
