CEO

Compensation: $150,000 – $225,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus tied to company and individual results. Long-term incentive opportunities for the right candidate.

We are seeking a proven CEO to lead a multi-division construction group with full P&L responsibility. This is a senior leadership role with a clear path to profit sharing and potential ownership.

Our focus is high-end residential remodeling, including restoration and building envelope work on luxury homes. We’ve grown over 30% annually for the past three years. While we don’t expect that pace to continue, it reflects the strength of our market position and demand.

A strong candidate will have verifiable experience as an owner or CEO with full P&L responsibility. This is not a developmental role; we are looking for someone who has already done this successfully. You must be comfortable leading multiple business units and developing senior leaders beneath you.
