About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to improve AR processes and reduce outstanding balances.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of collectors and managers.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complex account resolutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT to enhance systems and reporting.
- Monitor AR metrics (DSO, aging, recovery rates) and present insights to senior leadership.
- Drive automation and launch a self-service portal for customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 8 years of AR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex account portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Experience with ERP systems and AR automation tools.
- A leader who is smart, hungry, and humble, with a passion for growth.
- Base Salary: $130,000–$170,000
- Bonus: 20% target (historically pays out above 100%)
- Total Potential Compensation: Up to $185,000
