Core Responsibilities- Director Financial Reporting
- SEC Reporting: Prepare and file 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K; ensure compliance and coordinate audits.
- Technical Accounting: Research standards, draft memos, and disclosures.
- Financial Statements: Oversee GAAP-compliant consolidated statements and disclosures.
- Internal Controls: Maintain SOX compliance and partner with internal audit.
- Collaboration: Work with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and support investor relations.
- Special Projects: Manage M&A, equity/debt transactions, and process improvements.
- Leadership: Review work, provide guidance, and mentor team members.
- Bachelors in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 8 years of experience in public accounting or public/corporate mix
- Public company SEC reporting expertise
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
