Salary: $200,000 - $220,000

About The Role

We’re hiring a Data & AI Enablement leader to modernize our data foundation and scale practical, responsible use of AI across the firm. This is a hands‑on, internal role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and helping teams use data and AI more effectively.

This is not a traditional IT role—it sits between data architecture, AI enablement, and business execution.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own a centralized data environment (SQL, data lake, Fabric, or similar)
• Clean, normalize, and align data across reporting, CRM, and document systems
• Serve as the internal owner for AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude), including standards and guardrails
• Translate real‑world business workflows into AI‑assisted or automated processes
• Partner with leaders and teams to drive adoption and change
• Coordinate execution with vendors and consultants

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading data, analytics, automation, or AI‑enabled initiatives
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills
• Comfortable working in evolving, build‑as‑you‑go environments
  
  

Preferred: Experience with AI enablement, cloud platforms, APIs, or regulated environments.
