- Partner closely with distribution, operations, and 3PL providers
- Lead cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Strengthen and clean up inventory processes, controls, and documentation
- Ensure inventory data is accurate, actionable, and leadership-ready
- Heavy, hands-on inventory accounting (not basic or construction-only inventory)
- Experience in CPG, consumer products, manufacturing, or retail environments with real SKU complexity
- Strong NetSuite user: saved searches, reporting, and system optimization (not just transaction entry)
- Advanced Excel skills working with large datasets (pivot tables, analysis, reconciliation logic)\
