Responsibilities Include
- Monthly billing of all jobs (Internal and External ERP Systems).
- Review and obtain all supplier lien waivers to match billing requirements.
- Maintain approval process of Subcontractor Invoices to meet client billing deadlines as well as lien waiver confirmations.
- Weekly and Monthly AR Review and Tracking
- Maintain all applications of Cash Receipts daily and align payments to existing AR.
- Review, analyze, and post, Change Work Awards, Change Orders, and Time and Material tickets into ERP System.
- Monthly tracking review and payment of all taxes.
- Perform all job start and job close out entries into ERP System.
- Review, approve, code, and submit all Accounts Payables into ERP system.
- Reconcile monthly company accounts of suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain month end processes, journal voucher entry, and key indicators for Denver Office.
- Support Project Manager, Project Teams, Controller and Office Management with financial needs of the office as requested.
- Attend and participate in all required company training.
- Promote and support all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of commercial construction experience in project accounting or project controls.
- Experience with Penta is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, work in progress reports, operating income statement, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet.
- Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and defined deadlines.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Salary Range (based on experience): $65,000 - $80,000 per year
