We’re seeking a Cost Accountant who thrives in a dynamic production environment and enjoys working cross‑functionally to analyze, improve, and communicate cost and operational performance. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and analyze product costing, standard costs, and manufacturing variances.
- Support month‑end close activities, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Partner with operations to analyze production results, inventory movements, and cost drivers.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance reporting.
- Lead or assist in inventory reviews, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
- Prepare cost models and support pricing, margin analysis, and scenario planning.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to stronger internal controls and financial processes.
- 2–5 years of cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or related finance experience.
- Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory concepts, and manufacturing cost flows.
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable interacting with non‑finance partners.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial insights for operations and leadership.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Exposure to FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Knowledge of variance analysis, BOMs, and routing structures.
