Salary: $190,000 - $225,000 20% Bonus Long-Term Incentive Program

Location: Reston, VA

Office Situation: Hybrid – 3 days in-office

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Oversee financial reporting and revenue recognition activities
• Own and optimize the NetSuite environment from an accounting perspective
• Support both product and service revenue operations
• Manage and develop a small accounting team
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Improve reporting, workflows, and business intelligence capabilities
• Support the company's continued growth and expansion
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience
• 4 years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or senior accounting leadership role
• Recent NetSuite experience
• IFRS and revenue recognition experience
• Strong financial reporting and close experience
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
