Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Lead month-end and year-end close; ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial controls
- Develop and improve processes, systems, and internal controls
- Partner with operations to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
- Experience in industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, job costing, or project-based accounting is a plus
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- High visibility role with leadership exposure
