Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and efficiency within the department
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit preparation
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and operational performance
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
