Key Responsibilities For The Controller

• Prepare and oversee monthly and year-end financial statements
• Manage AR, AP, and payroll team (3–4 direct reports
• Lead budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with external CPA firm on tax filings and compliance
• Support audits and ensure strong internal controls
• Utilize and manage accounting processes within Titan software
  
  

Qualifications For The Controller

• 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Background in construction, manufacturing, or closely related industries
• Prior leadership or team management experience
• Strong financial statement, close, and reporting expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
