🌾 Controller – Agriculture Industry | Onsite | Up to $170,000 (Based on Experience)

We’re seeking an experienced Controller to join a growing organization in the agriculture industry. This is a fully onsite leadership role responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and strategic financial management across multiple sites, including international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage a P&L exceeding $100 million, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting and finance team across multiple domestic and international locations.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and drive strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies; oversee audits and tax reporting.
• Implement process improvements and internal controls to support sustainable growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams to optimize performance across sites.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including prior experience as a Controller.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and international financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing a P&L over $100 million.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
