Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and ensure timely, reliable reporting.
• Analyze costing, margins, pricing structures, material changes, and labor impacts to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Provide oversight and involvement with the company’s insurance programs, including medical and commercial coverage.
• Improve and streamline financial processes, documentation, and overall efficiency.
• Partner closely with operations and leadership to support informed decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with month‑end and ongoing financial reporting.
• Background in manufacturing costing and pricing structures.
• Exposure to HR or insurance‑related responsibilities is helpful due to insurance involvement.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks‑style accounting systems and Excel.
