- Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, AP/AR, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze manufacturing costs and margins to identify efficiency opportunities
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cycle count processes
- Manage cash flow and banking relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
